Payment & Office Policies
Cost
The cost of treatment depends on severity of the patient's problems. We will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We have payment plans to suit different budgets, including a no-down-payment option and third party financing. We also accept assignment of benefits from most insurance plans, file necessary claims to the insurance company and check your insurance eligibility. We work very hard to make orthodontics affordable with outstanding customer service.
Fees
To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of treatment months by in-office plan at no interest charge. For your convenience, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Insurance
If you have insurance, we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. We ask that you assign your insurance benefits to us so we can budget the balance for you. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling any insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
